Setup

In LINE Developers, create a Messaging API channel for your LINE Official Account and issue a Channel Access Token.
Open the FormChime sidebar in Google Forms and paste the token.
Paste the recipient’s userId (for yourself, find it under Basic settings in LINE Developers) or a group ID into the sidebar.
Choose which fields to include and click “Send test”.
Done. Every new submission now triggers a notification.
